How much can I earn?

When will I receive the reward?

The reward is paid only after:

  • The new tenant has finalized the property through Gullynest.
  • All payments and documentation between the new tenant, landlord, and Gullynest have been successfully completed.
  • The transaction is considered fully closed by Gullynest.
Will I definitely receive the reward?

Not necessarily. The reward is payable only if the property is successfully rented through Gullynest and all eligibility criteria are met.

What if the landlord or new tenant completes the deal outside Gullynest?

No reward will be payable if the property is rented through another broker, platform, or directly between the landlord and tenant without the complete transaction being handled by Gullynest.

What if the property doesn't get rented?

If Gullynest is unable to find a tenant, no reward will be payable.

Do I need my landlord's permission?

Not to register. However, Gullynest may contact your landlord to verify details and obtain permission before listing the property.

Can I refer multiple properties?

Yes. You may register multiple eligible properties that you're moving out of, subject to our verification process.
