What surprised you about this flat after your first month?
Good price for the flat. Other flats in the society are at about 1.5x the rent. The clubhouse is very functional and maintained. There's a view of the Agara lake.
What's great about this flat that photos can't show?
A view of the Agara lake. Distant from the main road by a driveway so very peaceful. No large buildings around. Green landscape, and cityscape view from the balcony.
