    Ever since I moved to Bangalore, I'd always wanted to find a place in Indiranagar. I had been looking for over a month, working with multiple brokers, checking Facebook groups, and going on countless visits, but somehow I still felt like the brokers didn't really understand the kind of place I was looking for. It was frustrating, especially when so much of both our time was being wasted.

    So I took a flat in Indiranagar via Gullynest. This was the first time I had a chat with Jitesh from Gullynest. He showed a beautiful house and we closed it immediately. And he helped us find a replacement when I was leaving the room as well. Had to unfortunately leave within two months, but the experience had been great. And with Gullynest, I didn't have to worry about posting it on any platforms, etc. It was really nice that Jitesh and the team helped us navigate it. It was very easy for me to find a house and then even find a replacement.

    I saw Jitesh's post on Twitter and that's how I came to know about Gullynest. Do I need to download an app or sign up?

No. Just message Diya on WhatsApp. You can also browse every home on the website.

What does the new tenant pay?

Half a month's rent as brokerage on tenant and owner listings, only when the rental closes. On RERA agent listings, the agent sets the rate and it's shown before you enquire.

How much do I earn when I move out?

Up to 25% of one month's rent. On ₹32,000 rent that's up to ₹8,000. It's paid after the next tenant signs through Gullynest.

Do I need my landlord's permission to list?

You need their agreement to show the home and hand it over. We check before the listing goes live.

What if the deal happens outside Gullynest?

Then there's no brokerage through us and no reward. The reward is tied to a rental that closes on Gullynest.
